Welcome to our Customer Payment Portal for Cass County Public Water Supply District #3 located at 730 N Ward Rd., Raymore, MO 64083.

Here you can register an account, manage payment options, communication preferences, and view you current bill.

Please update your contact information through the portal or you can call the office at (816)331-1071 to receive email statements, phone call statements, text message notifications, and delinquency notifications. If you do not want to receive a paper bill in the mail, please uncheck the box.

If you sign up for autopay, payments will be processed on the 12th of each month unless the 12th falls on a weekend.

Bills are due on the 15th of each month and subject to shut off if not paid by the 25th. There will be a $60 charge to restore service, during office hours. No meters unlocked after 4:00 P.M. Any past due balance is subject to immediate disconnect.

IRRIGATION/BACKFLOW TESTING-BACKFLOW TESTS WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED TO info@pwsd3cass.com. 

A1 HYDROFLO WILL START BACKFLOW TESTING IN JUNE OR JULY. IF THEY DO THE TESTING, THEY WILL SUBMIT THE PAPERWORK TO OUR OFFICE.
