Please update your contact information through the portal or you can call the office at (816)331-1071 to receive email statements, phone call statements, text message notifications, and delinquency notifications. If you do not want to receive a paper bill in the mail, please uncheck the box.

If you sign up for autopay, and the 15th falls on a weekend, it will be ran the Friday before.

Bills are due on the 15th of each month and subject to shut off if not paid by the 25th. There will be a $60 charge to restore service, during office hours. No meters unlocked after 4:00 P.M. Any past due balance is subject to immediate disconnect.
